| Freedom Innovations Earns Recognition as Marketing Team Wins 2003 PROTOS Award |

CORONA, Calif. (July 21, 2003) - Freedom Innovations, an advanced prosthetic device manufacturer, announced today the strategic marketing program developed and implemented to introduce its new company and products to the prosthetic industry last October, earned a 2003 PROTOS Award.
The Protos Award was given to Rodheim Marketing Group by the Orange County Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. Rodheim Marketing Group's entry "Launching Freedom Innovations" took the top honor in the "Total Program, Business to Business" category. The other contractors on the project included MICE Communications, MICE DisplayWorks and Thomas Printing.
Rodheim Marketing, a full-service marketing and public relations firm based in Costa Mesa, California, supervised all aspects of the marketing program to launch the new company, which posted numerous distribution agreements within its first 90 days of operation.
